All Frames and lenses sold are warranted by the manufacturer from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date that products are delivered.

90 Day Prescription Guarantee
Your eyeglasses also come with a 90-day prescription guarantee, if your prescription changes shortly after you get your new prescription eyeglasses. One doctor-approved prescription change can be made at no charge within 90 days from the date of delivery.

Extended Eyeglass Purchase Plan
All Customers purchasing a complete pair of prescription eyewear (lenses and Frame) will be covered for a 12 month period under a product protection plan. This plan offers a one-time replacement by Vision Essentials at 50% of the retail cost for one year.

Buying our Contact Lens Extended Purchase Agreement allows you to purchase your replacement lenses at a reduced cost.
