Our frames and lenses are competitively priced, and we have a huge selection of the latest styles. At Kaiser Permanente Optical Centers, we believe in giving our members the highest quality and workmanship at a competitive price. If you find a better price for one of our regularly stocked frames, we'll match it. And we'll give you $10 extra. Internet prices do not apply.

Our average turnaround time for most prescriptions is within five business days. More complex prescriptions can take longer to manufacture as each individual's prescription is a custom order. Members can choose from a wide range of optical products, including different lens materials to fulfill individual needs.

Yes, we offer warranties on your new eyewear (both frame and lenses) to cover against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Breakage of either the frame, the lenses, or both, resulting from such defects will be repaired or if necessary will be replaced with the same style, size, and color available. Otherwise the replacement of equal value will be made at no cost to you. The above warranty does not include loss, theft, damage due to mishandling, or scratched lenses.
